Spinning classes type
Our studio is equipped with high-end spinning bikes to ensure a comfortable and effective workout. Our certified instructors are experienced and motivated to help you achieve your fitness goals. Full body is a spinning class based mainly on the rhythm of music. In addition to resistance exercises, intervals and sprints, we have some choreography and a song with weights to work the upper body.

Arrive early
If this is your first time, please arrive at least 20 minutes early so we can show you around the studio and get you adjusted on the bike.
What to bring
For spinning classes, don't forget to bring:

Changing rooms with showers and lockers are available on site.

Cancelation
You can cancel the course up to 3 hours before the course starts. Any last minute cancellations will be non-refundable.
