    Unfortunately, we don't have showers yet. We have a changing room and bathrooms.
  • What type of spinning class do you give
    We give 2 types of classes: Full body and Performance. Full body is a spinning class based mainly on the rhythm of music. In addition to resistance exercises, intervals and sprints, we have some choreography and a song with weights to work the upper body. Performance is our so-called “classic” spinning class. This class simulates a bike ride with a focus on performance. There is no choreography or weights. If you are a cyclist looking to stay in shape during the winter season, this class is for you.
  • How do I book a class?
    Directly on our website www.nomadecycle.com . You must first create an account and choose a subscription . Once achieved, the credits are saved in your NomadeCycle account. Then, you can book your spinning class directly in the tab schedule, at the desired date and time.
  • Do you offer training to become a spinning instructor?

  • What should I bring for the Spinning class?

To cancel your class, you must click on your Nomade Cycle account, go to the “my bookings” tab and click on cancel class. The credits for this class will automatically be deposited back into your account.
